Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

Completion records, certificates, and audit trail data are retained indefinitely to support NBCC compliance and certificate verification. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to our legal obligations.
